Currently ‘stationed’ just outside of Washington, DC, I live with my wife and our two adopted babies. I should specify that the ‘babies’ area a cat and a dog. I almost never clarify that and people think we really adopted kids already, which we want to do but not yet. I’ve been married almost 4 years now and we dated for 7 years before getting married. I love her more and more every day.

To really understand how I think and operate, we should hang out. While that’s not always possible, Twitter is a pretty close second choice to being in person because I tend to have a continuous stream of consciousness. But if you don’t have time for either of those, let me give you the most bare bones overview of myself as possible. Here it goes!

- I enjoy anything outdoors. Over the past few years, I have built at least three different survival shelters and slept outside in them. I even have the pics to prove it.

- While not the biggest fan of organized sports, I’m a certified SCUBA diver, have done a few mountain bike races (placed 2nd in my division), love to run (my first race was a half marathon), and went skydiving about a year ago and can’t wait to go again.

- I’m generally very easy going and a pleasure to be around (I should probably get a testimonial for that…) and I have the integrity to do what’s right and what’s best. Something that was taught by my parents early on and refined during my years at Oral Roberts University.
